In collaboration with Marriott International, Alfardan Group announced the addition of its newest luxury destination - The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort, and branded residences, referred to “Alfardan Resort”, during an exclusive event in Muscat.
The miniature scale model clearly depicts the benchmarks in luxury, quality, and hospitality of the resort comprising guestrooms, suites, and residential apartments.
The scale model includes the following features:
- Lighting to highlight world-class amenities like the marina, parks, pools, renowned retail brands, health clubs, courtyards, and community clubs.
- Perfectly arranged miniature trees, vehicles, and street lights give a realistic picture of the coastal site.
- Installation of subtle interior lights to each and every apartment room emulated the night time scene of the location.
Our model makers presented the architectural masterpiece of the beach resort seamlessly with contemporary design features and the beautiful outdoor landscape.
As shown in the image above, the curved rooflines were 3D printed with a high level of precision to reflect the delicate artwork of the unique architectural character.
The final resort model is perfect for the presentation of the city’s progression with a tranquil beachside living environment.
Artistic models were honored to be entrusted with fabricating this wonderful architectural beauty and to be involved in exhibiting one of the luxurious developing projects in Oman.
